1. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business or profession. The withdrawal period is fourteen (14) days from the day on which you, or a third party appointed by you who is not the carrier, have received the goods. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of a clear statement, for example by email or letter.

2. Return Costs
In the event of a withdrawal, the customer bears the direct costs of returning the goods. This also applies to larger products, furniture, fragile items, glass products and products that must be returned by freight carrier or special transport. The return costs may vary depending on the size, weight, packaging requirements, country of return and selected carrier. The customer is responsible for arranging safe and suitable return shipping, unless otherwise agreed with us in writing.
If the goods are defective, damaged upon delivery or incorrectly delivered, the statutory rights of the customer remain unaffected.
3. Return of Goods
You must return or hand over the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen (14) days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal from the contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired. Returned goods must be sent back in suitable protective packaging. The customer is responsible for ensuring that the goods are properly packed for return transport.
For fragile products, especially glass furniture, the original packaging should be used whenever possible. If the original packaging is no longer available, equivalent protective packaging must be used.
4. Refunds
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the standard delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than fourteen (14) days from the day on which we receive your notification of withdrawal.
Additional costs resulting from a delivery method chosen by the customer that is more expensive than the standard delivery offered by us will not be reimbursed.
We will use the same payment method for the refund that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you.
We may refuse reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first.
5. Loss of Value
The customer is only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that was not necessary to check the condition, properties and functionality of the goods.
6. Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal for Custom-Made Products
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for whose manufacture an individual choice or decision by the consumer is decisive, or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.
This may apply in particular to custom-made or individually configured products, including products made according to custom dimensions, custom glass type, custom material selection, custom metal finish, special configuration or other individual customer specifications. For standard products that are not individually manufactured according to customer specifications, the statutory right of withdrawal remains unaffected.
7. Cancellation Before Production
If you wish to cancel your order before production has started, please contact us as soon as possible at [email protected].
If production has not yet started, we may cancel the order and refund the payment using the original payment method. Once production of a custom-made or individually configured product has started, cancellation may no longer be possible if the product is manufactured according to your individual specifications.

If you wish to withdraw from the contract, you may complete and send us the following form. Use of this form is not mandatory.
