Cancellation policy
Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business or profession.
Withdrawal Period:
The withdrawal period is fourteen (14) days from the day on which you, or a third party appointed by you who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of a clear statement, for example by email or letter.

Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the standard delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than fourteen (14) days from the day on which we receive your notification of withdrawal. For the reimbursement, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. You will not be charged any fees for the reimbursement. We may refuse reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first.
Return of Goods:
You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen (14) days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal from the contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods, unless the goods are defective, damaged upon delivery or incorrectly delivered.
Condition of Returned Goods:
You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary to check their condition, properties and functionality.
Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal for Custom-Made Products:
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for whose manufacture an individual choice or decision by the consumer is decisive, or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer. This may apply in particular to custom-made or made-to-order products that are manufactured according to individual customer specifications, such as custom dimensions, custom materials, custom glass type, custom metal finish or other individual product configurations. For standard products that are not individually manufactured according to customer specifications, the statutory right of withdrawal remains unaffected.
